A Note from Tammy

This year is going by almost in a blur! During winter many look forward to summer, wanting the warm weather to get here fast. Now that it’s summer, I’m looking forward to cooler temps in the fall. We wait and wait, and then what we waited for ends too soon.

After months of anticipation, we in GCI held our every-three-year conference in Orlando, but those four days went by quickly and now it’s over until next time. It was a great conference, filled with lots of fellowship, good speakers and of course, good food. Don’t you wish you could make the good parts of life last longer?

During the conference, I was able to say hello and hug many people – but with regret the time was so short. It made me think of heaven and look forward to the time when we really will have all the time we want to spend with people we love. So for those of you I didn’t see or talk to, see you next time, with the hope of more time at our heavenly reunion.
